Beirut blast caused superficial damage to synagogue

 The massive blastwhich has devastaed the Beirut port area has caused superficial damage to the recently-restored Maghen Avraham synagogue, a mile away. These photos taken recently show that chunks of plasterboard fell from the ceiling, door frames and some window panes were blown put and there is dust and debris on the floor. (With thanks: Nagi)
